GUM SURGERY

4. Periodontal Regeneration: This surgical technique aims to regenerate lost bone and tissue due to gum disease. It involves using bone grafts, membranes, or growth factors to stimulate the regrowth of supporting structures around the teeth.

Gum surgery is typically performed by a periodontist, a dental specialist with expertise in treating gum-related conditions. The procedure is usually carried out under local anesthesia to ensure the patient’s comfort.
